About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Front End Web Developer to join our dynamic marketing and product development teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating our digital presence by supporting the development and maintenance of our primary website, liteline.com, along with other digital platforms such as trenzlighting.com and spexlighting.com. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and third-party partners like DVP to implement innovative web solutions that align with our marketing strategies and product offerings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills while making a tangible impact on our online user experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for modern UI/UX design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly digital interfaces.
Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in web development and UX/UI design
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in strategy, design, and implementation
• Proficiency with .NET environments, including ASCX templates and Visual Basic .NET or similar languages
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Craft, or similar
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, including web integration and product data management
• Interest in leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney to enhance productivity and creativity
• Experience with UX research, user testing, and translating insights into design solutions
• Strong understanding of modern UI/UX best practices and layout design
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools
• Basic understanding of back-end logic, APIs, and third-party integrations
• Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy landing pages and promotional content for new and existing products
• Manage and regularly update Liteline’s websites, including liteline.com, trenzlighting.com, and spexlighting.com
• Create mobile-responsive web experiences to ensure optimal performance across devices
• Gather requirements from marketing and technical teams, then refine specifications accordingly
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to inform UX decisions and improve user engagement
• Own the user journey on web platforms, continuously optimizing for increased conversions and user satisfaction
• Integrate and manage content within third-party CMS platforms, ensuring seamless back-end functionality
• Implement SEO strategies to enhance search engine visibility and organic traffic
• Utilize AI tools for content creation, UX ideation, research, and workflow enhancement
• Set up and monitor analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager to track performance metrics and inform future updates
• Collaborate effectively with product development and marketing teams to ensure web initiatives align with overall campaign goals
