About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEO Specialist to support our organic growth initiatives across a portfolio of brands and products. Reporting directly to the SEO Manager, you will collaborate closely with content creators, designers, product marketing teams, partnerships, social media, video, paid media, and development partners. Your primary goal will be to enhance search visibility, attract qualified organic traffic, and support conversion objectives throughout the marketing funnel. This remote role requires a versatile individual comfortable with keyword research, content planning, technical SEO, performance reporting, testing, and leveraging emerging AI-driven search strategies. You will be responsible for owning your portfolio, translating insights into actionable strategies, and driving meaningful organic growth that aligns with our business objectives.
Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of strategy development and execution
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, and content strategy
• Experience in conducting comprehensive site audits and competitor analysis
• Proficiency with core SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog
• Knowledge of backlinks, link-building strategies, and digital PR best practices
• Understanding of AI’s impact on search and experience applying AI tools to improve SEO workflows
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills
• GA4 certification or willingness to obtain certification shortly after hire
• Curiosity, accountability, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the SEO strategy for an assigned portfolio of brands and products
• Perform recurring SEO, technical, content, and competitor audits, translating findings into prioritized action plans
• Develop and manage content calendars, optimization plans, and refresh strategies for existing and new pages
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve search rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
• Implement technical SEO enhancements, including metadata optimization, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, schema markup, and site structure improvements
• Maintain topic clusters, internal linking strategies, and on-page optimization across landing pages and blog content
• Utilize reporting and analytics to identify issues early, validate data accuracy, and recommend next steps
• Support backlink development, digital PR initiatives, and off-site visibility efforts
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to streamline research, execution, and improve search visibility without compromising quality
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall SEO and business objectives
