Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science; or a PhD in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated success in data science projects.
- Practical expertise in applying complex modeling frameworks to solve business problems.
- Professional experience in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders by translating data insights into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in designing and evaluating experiments, including causal inference methods.
- Experience maintaining high standards of statistical rigor and data integrity.
- Ability to responsibly utilize generative AI tools and copilots to enhance workflows and deliver business value.
- Excellent communication skills, positive energy, and a commitment to continuous learning and efficient execution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and deep dives into ambiguous business problems, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Own and maintain a broad scope of data and metrics, from core logging to data visualization and reporting.
- Guide code reviews, contribute expertise in SQL and Python, and develop well-structured ETL pipelines.
