DATA ANALYST

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build, maintain, and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
• Write and optimize SQL queries and advanced Excel formulas for efficient data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Integrate data from Sage 300, Smartsheet, Egnyte, UKG, and other platforms.
• Partner with business leaders to develop KPIs and track performance metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity through regular audits and process improvements.
• Translate analytical findings into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support projects, forecasts, and operational initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven experience analyzing and reporting on financial and systems data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, data modeling).
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
