Identity & Access Management Product Manager Intern
Role summary
Swift is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Product Manager Intern for Summer 2026 in Tysons, VA. This 10-week paid internship focuses on IAM solutions and APIs, enabling cross-border transactions. Interns will work with IAM Product Owners and Managers on initiatives like identity harmonization, Post Quantum cryptography assessment, and roadmap development. The role involves supporting IAM standardization and harmonization efforts, learning IAM lifecycle management, governance, and cryptography, alongside business aspects of IAM. This is an onsite, hourly paid internship for rising juniors or seniors in Computer Science, Information Management, or Marketing Management.

Based in Tysons, VA, you will be part of Swift’s 10-week internship in the API and Identity team. Our team enables cross border transactions through APIs and strong Customer Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. During your internship, you will work alongside a mentor and with a team who can help you develop your business sense.

We are looking for interns who would work with the IAM Product Owners and Product managers to support various initiatives including harmonization of Identity and Post Quantum cryptrography and come up with end-end roadmap and help in IAM standardization and harmonization initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship,
- Be a rising junior or senior
Major:
Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing Management or relevant discipline.
Job Description:
- Work on harmonizing the IAM solutions across environments
- Contribute to the Post Quantum assessment and implementation activities
- Build IAM roadmaps.
- Be part of an agile team, following agile methodology best practices.
