Role summary
Swiftlane is seeking a revenue-driving Channel Account Manager to scale its partner program. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of channel partners, including brokers, integrators, and consultants, with direct responsibility for generating pipeline and closed revenue. Key responsibilities include building and executing partner business plans, onboarding and enabling new partners, co-selling with partners, and accurately forecasting partner-driven business. The ideal candidate has 2-7+ years of experience in channel sales or partnerships, a proven ability to generate revenue through partners, and experience in relevant industries like proptech or security. This is a remote or San Francisco-based position within a high-growth proptech company.

Swiftlane is building the future of access control—and we’re hiring a Channel Account Manager to help scale one of the most important growth engines in our business.
This isn’t a “maintain relationships” role. This is a revenue-driving, partner-owning position for someone who knows how to build, activate, and monetize a channel.
What You’ll Own
You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of channel partners—brokers, integrators, consultants, and real estate operators—and be directly responsible for turning those relationships into pipeline and closed revenue.
- Own and expand a book of active channel partners
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline, deal progression, and revenue
- Build and execute partner business pla ns with clear growth targets
- Identify and unlock opportunities across partner networks
What You’ll Actually Do
Partner Growth & Accountability
- Set expectations around pipeline, activity, and revenue contribution
- Hold partners accountable and push performance
- Identify top performers and double down
Enablement & Activation
- Onboard and ramp new partners within 90 days
- Train partners on ICP, positioning, and sales motion
- Equip them with the tools to confidently sell Swiftlane
Co-Selling & Deal Execution
- Support deals from qualification to close
- Manage deal registration and partner alignment
- Navigate and resolve channel conflict with direct sales
Performance & Forecasting
- Track pipeline and revenue in CRM
- Forecast partner-driven business accurately
- Identify gaps and course-correct underperformance
What We’re Looking For
- 2–7+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or strategic accounts
- Proven ability to generate revenue through partners
- Experience with brokers, integrators, or referral networks
- Strong business acumen and a revenue-first mindset
- Comfortable having direct, sometimes tough conversations
- Experience in proptech, multifamily, CRE, security, or smart building tech is a strong plus
