Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Manager for their Ads Business Manager team. This role focuses on evolving the Business Manager experience to better serve businesses, agencies, and SMBs. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Product Management experience, strong expertise in online advertising and Ads Platforms, and a data-driven approach. Responsibilities include setting product strategy, driving execution through roadmaps and OKRs, making data-informed decisions, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and sales. Experience with AI/LLMs and strong communication skills, including executive presentations, are required. This is a 100% remote, full-time position.

The organization is doing a complete revamp of Business Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for evolving the Business Manager experience to better serve and enable businesses across all agencies, large advertisers, and SMBs. This position requires strong product sense, customer empathy, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams such as design, data science, and sales/marketing to help take the platform to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy:
Set a vision, goal, and compelling strategy based on customer pain points derived from qualitative and quantitative data.
- Bias for Action:
Drive the team towards execution by breaking down the strategy into a longer-term roadmap and quarterly OKRs. Manage the product launch process and continuously monitor performance, iterating towards the north star goal.
- Data-Driven Decisions:
Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Be able to make trade-offs backed by a clear decisioning process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build strong relationships and collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Communication:
As a senior member of the Product Management team and the product owner, you will regularly communicate across functions and the entire ads team, including frequently presenting to C-level executives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
8+ years of Product Management experience.
- Advertising Expertise:
Strong background in online advertising, including end-to-end experience with Ads Platforms & Campaign Management. Experience in growing businesses and advertisers through products and tools that help them scale on the platform.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
Proven experience working on large initiatives, across teams, and on highly cross-functional products.
- Data-Driven Approach:
Expertise in using data to drive decisions and business outcomes. You should be comfortable diving into analytics, building experiments, and iterating based on insights.
- Product Leadership:
You have experience managing the full product lifecycle—from concept to execution, collaborating with multiple teams—and can make tough prioritization decisions while balancing competing stakeholder needs.
- Technical Chops:
Experience leveraging AI/LLMs.
- Strong Communication:
You excel at collaborating across teams and can communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.

Pay Transparency
This job posting may span more than one career level.
In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Additionally, the organization offers a wide range of benefits to U.S.-based employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) program with employer match, and generous time off for vacation and parental leave.
To provide greater transparency to candidates, base salary ranges are shared for all U.S.-based job postings regardless of state. Standard base pay ranges are set for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base salary range for this position is:
$217,000—$303,900 USD
