Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience supporting procurement, project, or product initiatives
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Familiarity with procurement concepts, tools, and processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with strategic sourcing and category management
• Negotiation experience to secure favorable commercial terms
• Knowledge of supply chain and category-specific procurement practices
• Ability to develop engagement plans for supplier participation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields
• Up to 3 years of support experience in procurement or related initiatives

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to support sourcing across various material categories such as poles, transformers, wire, cable, and chemicals
• Ability to perform data analysis and develop sourcing recommendations
• Prior experience with RFP processes and supplier negotiations
