Role summary

NetServices (NSI), a subsidiary of Synergy ECP, is seeking a Senior Automated Test Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions in a secure cloud environment. The role requires expertise in test automation frameworks, scripting languages (Selenium, Cucumber, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Groovy/Jenkins), and system validation within Agile teams. A Bachelor's degree and DoD 8140 compliance (Security+ CE minimum) are mandatory. Experience with load and functional testing, security requirements, and technical documentation is essential. Preferred qualifications include MBSE, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM Cloud), and tools like Grafana and ServiceNow. A TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance is required. The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $180,000 annually.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automated Test Engineer to support the design, development, and execution of automated testing solutions in a secure cloud-based environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with test automation frameworks, scripting, and system validation while supporting Agile development teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience designing and executing automated system testing
  • DoD 8140 compliant (Security+ CE certification at minimum)
  • Demonstrated expertise delivering automated testing solutions on projects of similar scope
  • Experience developing scripts using:
    • Selenium
    • Cucumber
    • Bash
    • PowerShell
    • Ansible
    • Groovy (Jenkins)
  • Expertise with test automation frameworks including:
    • Linear Frameworks
    • Modular Frameworks
    • Data-Driven Frameworks
    • Behavior-Driven Frameworks
  • Understanding of load testing versus functional testing and the ability to analyze test results
  • Knowledge of security requirements within secure environments
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, or IBM Cloud
  • Experience with:
    • IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management
    • TeamWork Cloud/Cameo
    • Microsoft Project
    • Tableau
  • Experience working with Grafana or similar monitoring and visualization tools
  • Experience working within ServiceNow environments
  • Ability to understand relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud, infrastructure, security, and hybrid service domains
