We are seeking a Product + Customer Success professional obsessed with healthcare to join our team in San Francisco. This role is fully in-office and involves direct customer interaction from day one, shaping product decisions and ensuring high-quality execution of all product and customer-facing tasks. You will act as a cultural metronome, setting a fast pace while maintaining quality and care. The ideal candidate thrives in high-velocity environments, loves engaging with customers, and is passionate about building the future of healthcare infrastructure.
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely **obsessed with healthcare**, someone who responds to emails and texts with exceptional speed and serves as a trusted point of contact for both current and future customers.
