Role summary

We are seeking a Product + Customer Success professional obsessed with healthcare to join our team in San Francisco. This role is fully in-office and involves direct customer interaction from day one, shaping product decisions and ensuring high-quality execution of all product and customer-facing tasks. You will act as a cultural metronome, setting a fast pace while maintaining quality and care. The ideal candidate thrives in high-velocity environments, loves engaging with customers, and is passionate about building the future of healthcare infrastructure.

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely **obsessed with healthcare**, someone who responds to emails and texts with exceptional speed and serves as a trusted point of contact for both current and future customers. Healthcare is a domain you can only master by being relentlessly customer-centric. That is why we spend so much time with our users when making product decisions, and why you will be meeting with customers **from day one**.

In this role, you will also be a **cultural metronome** for the company. You will set the pace for execution, ensuring every product, integration, and customer-facing task ships with speed, quality, and care. Your work will directly shape the experience our users have with Syntra every single day.

You will work hand-in-hand with our Founder & CEO, and the role is **fully in-office in San Francisco**. We also travel frequently to meet clients and prospects across the country, so you will see firsthand how our products impact the people we serve.
