Role summary

This role is for a Data Analyst with a focus on Data Governance, requiring expertise in Informatica Data Governance and strong SQL skills. The analyst will work with business teams to define data requirements, write and optimize SQL queries for analysis and reporting, and manage data governance processes. Key responsibilities include understanding and documenting data lineage across systems and translating business needs into data-driven solutions. Experience in the banking or financial domain is mandatory. The position is based in Phoenix, AZ, and requires an onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:**

Work with business teams to gather and analyse data requirements

Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting

Support and manage Informatica Data Governance processes

Understand and document data lineage across systems

Translate business needs into data-driven solutions

Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders

Required Skills:

Strong experience as a Business Analyst

Hands-on with Informatica Data Governance

Good knowledge of SQL Server/writing queries

Experience in data lineage and data mapping

Banking / Financial domain experience is required
