I’m working with a well-funded, high-growth AI startup whose product is already being used by a large and rapidly expanding user base. They’re now looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help scale the platform and shape how the core systems evolve.

You’ll be stepping into a role with real ownership, working on complex problems and building systems that are already making an impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing and scaling high-performance backend systems on AWS
  • Building data-heavy, AI-driven workflows
  • Owning projects end-to-end (from architecture through to production)
  • Partnering closely with product to solve real, complex challenges
  • Mentoring engineers and influencing how the team builds
