NYC (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
We’re working with a fast-growing, venture-backed startup building AI systems that improve the quality and safety of healthcare delivery at scale.
They’re building real-time systems that analyse clinical data as it’s generated, using AI to catch issues before they impact patients. The product is already live at significant scale, and now pushing toward millions of daily events.
This could be for you if:
- You’ve built and scaled backend systems handling high throughput or real-time data
- You think in systems, not just features
- You care about reliability, performance, and clean architecture
- You’re comfortable operating in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment
What you'll need:
- 5+ years backend engineering experience
- Expert in Python & AWS infra
- Experience building and scaling distributed systems
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, concurrency, and system performance
- Track record of improving reliability and performance in live systems
