### What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead technical efforts for wastewater collection system planning and hydraulic modeling
- Evaluate system performance, capacity, and future infrastructure needs using advanced modeling tools
- Analyze flow data, population trends, and demand projections to support planning decisions
- Develop master plans and capital improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify system improvements
- Prepare technical reports, studies, and planning deliverables
- Review and ensure quality of engineering work across projects
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on modeling and planning approaches
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support project delivery
- Engage with clients to present findings and develop practical solutions
- Contribute to proposals and business development efforts
### What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- PE license required (CA preferred or ability to obtain)
- 8+ years of experience in wastewater systems and hydraulic modeling
- Proficiency with tools like InfoWorks, SewerGEMS, or similar
- Experience with CAD, GIS, and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of system capacity, flow analysis, and infrastructure planning
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment
- Mentorship experience and client interaction preferred
- Master’s degree is a plus
