With a strong reputation for operational excellence, long-term client partnerships, and steady growth, the organization is seeking a strategic financial leader to help guide its next phase of expansion. • Support capital allocation and growth initiatives

Leadership & Operations Partnership

• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team (Controller, Assistant Controller, staff)

• Partner cross-functionally with operations, HR, and leadership to drive performance

• Support contract pricing, vendor strategy, and potential acquisitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CPA and/or MBA preferred

• 10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

• Prior experience as CFO, VP Finance, or Controller in a multi-location or multi-entity environment

• Strong background in FP&A, treasury, and operational finance

• Proven ability to scale processes and lead high-performing teams

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style

• Excellent executive communication and business partnership skills
