Corporate AI Engineer
Role summary
Tanium is seeking a Corporate AI Engineer to build, integrate, and operationalize AI-enabled solutions across the enterprise. This hands-on technical role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, production-ready AI capabilities that drive business value. The engineer will collaborate with IT, Security, Data, and Business teams to move AI solutions from concept to impact. Responsibilities include designing and deploying AI solutions, implementing AI workflows using technologies from OpenAI and Anthropic, translating requirements into working AI systems (including prompt engineering and RAG), integrating with enterprise data sources, ensuring operational readiness, and adhering to governance, risk, and compliance standards. The role requires 4+ years of experience in a hands-on technical field like software, platform, or data engineering, with demonstrated experience in enterprise production systems and AI implementation.

As a core AI-solution delivery member of Enterprise Architecture team, the Corporate AI Engineer partners closely with IT, Security, Data, and Business teams to move AI solutions from idea to pilot to measurable enterprise impact.

This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.

What you’ll get
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $154,000 to $236,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
