Role summary
Tasklet is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own the full growth funnel, from activation to retention, and all associated systems including trials, onboarding, pricing, billing, and enterprise enablement. This role requires a builder who is technically adept, data-rigorous, and comfortable with both self-serve and enterprise motions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth numbers at a software company and a desire for outsized impact in a startup environment. The role involves designing, running, and experimenting with systems from scratch to create a compounding growth machine.

At [Tasklet](https://tasklet.ai/), we’re building the cloud agent OS for work. We believe we can be the main app that most knowledge workers use for everything.
Tasklet has strong organic growth already, but we’re still leaving a lot on the table. We need someone to own the full growth funnel — activation, conversion, expansion, and retention — and every system around it. That means trials, onboarding, training & docs, expansion (in spend and in seats), pricing & packaging, the billing system, fraud & abuse, support tiers, and the internal admin tooling that ties it all together.
You’ll make sure Tasklet works for companies of every size — from a solo prosumer signing up with a credit card to a Fortune 500 with a 90-day procurement cycle. That means owning the enterprise enablement motion: contracts, security & compliance (SOC 2, DPAs, vendor reviews), SSO/SCIM, procurement, invoicing & payment terms, and everything else a buyer needs to say yes.
You’ll design these systems, run them (yes, including the manual work — emails, calls, edge cases), instrument them, and experiment relentlessly. The goal is a closed-loop growth machine that compounds week over week. We’re a small early team, and you’ll need to build much of this from scratch.
This is a high-leverage role with broad scope intended for a truly exceptional & ambitious person.
## Compensation
* $200k → $260k salary
* 0.25% → 0.50% equity
* Competitive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, 4 weeks PTO, free lunch, etc)
## Responsibilities
* Own the full growth funnel — activation, trial-to-paid conversion, expansion (in spend and in seats), and retention — and ship experiments daily to move the numbers
* Own pricing, packaging, and our support tiers — define what each tier costs, what’s included, and how we staff and automate it
* Own the billing system end-to-end — refunds, coupons, dunning, invoicing edge cases, and fraud & abuse
* Own onboarding, training & docs — get every new customer to their "wow" moment as fast as possible
* Make Tasklet work for companies of every size — drive the enterprise enablement motion (contracts, security & compliance, SSO/SCIM, procurement, payment terms) so the largest buyers can say yes
* Build and run the internal admin console & tooling that powers all of the above
## Our ideal candidate
* You’ve owned a real growth number at a serious software company and moved it
* A builder, not a process person — you’ll create the systems, not just run them, and you reach for AI and automation before headcount
* Rigorous and intellectually honest about data — you can design an experiment, read the result without fooling yourself, and make a confident call
* Technical enough to understand our product deeply, work directly in our data, and build your own tools when you need them
* Equally at home with self-serve and enterprise — you can ship a paywall experiment in the morning and walk a Fortune 500 buyer through a security review in the afternoon
* Comfortable with founding-era breadth — billing edge cases, fraud, contract reviews, and answering a customer email at 9pm are part of the job, not blockers
* You could easily be the Growth PM at a top AI lab — but you want the outsized impact of a startup, and you believe Tasklet can win
