Role summary

The Digital Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing digital data sources, including web, mobile, customer, and transactional data. This role requires strong skills in SQL and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization, with a preference for Power BI or Tableau. The analyst will translate business and product needs into actionable data insights and metrics, ensuring data quality, validation, and governance practices are followed. Excellent communication skills are essential for presenting findings to various teams, including product, technology, and leadership.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization (SQL, Excel; Power BI/Tableau

preferred)

  • Ability to translate business and digital product needs into data insights and metrics
  • Experience working with digital data sources (web, mobile, customer, transactional data)
  • Knowledge of data quality, validation, and governance practices
  • Strong communication skills to present insights to product, technology, and leadership teams

Salary Range: $115,000 to $130,000 per year
