Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with over 8 years of experience to join our technology team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Ownership, Agile Project Management (including SAFe), and hands-on experience with Agile management tools like Rally and Jira. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring successful UAT cycles, and driving strategic initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Experience Required - 8+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Product Owner, Agile Project Management, SAFe Agile Project Management, Rally+Jira – Agile Management Tool exposure. UAT hands on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to interact with and present to all levels of the organization

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong knowledge of product owner role and practices

Hands on UAT cycle experience

Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management

Proven ability to build and leverage relationships and influence key partners to drive collaboration

Demonstrated strategic thought leadership; ability to assess business objectives/strategies and define/implement appropriate strategies

Innovative mindset and experience in evaluating business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

Superior problem-solving and analytical skills, strong learning agility, curiosity, and willingness to embrace new challenges

Exposure to agile methodologies, ability to coordinate multiple priorities at once and work in a dynamic, time-critical environment

Base Salary Range : $90,000 to $105,000 Per Annum
