Role summary
Tatari is seeking a Client Development Team Lead to join their mission of revolutionizing TV advertising with AI and machine learning. This role requires a blend of people leadership and individual contribution, focusing on building pipeline, winning deals, and helping advertisers leverage TV advertising. The ideal candidate will lead and coach a small team of sales professionals, achieve sales goals, and drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting consultative sales conversations with senior marketing leaders. The role emphasizes translating complex capabilities into clear value propositions and maintaining strong pipeline hygiene. The Client Development team builds pipeline from the ground up, wins complex deals, and help sophisticated advertisers unlock TV—whether as a performance channel or a cornerstone of their media strategy. You’ll partner closely with Media Buying, Client Services, Marketing, and Data Science to deliver solutions that directly impact our clients’ growth.
