Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Oracle Fusion Program Manager
to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programs. This role involves end-to-end ownership of enterprise transformation initiatives, including implementation, rollout, optimization, and business adoption across Finance, SCM, and HCM domains. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills, along with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion architecture and SaaS delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion programs, including implementation, upgrades, rollouts, and optimization initiatives
- Manage multiple interconnected projects and cross-functional workstreams across business and IT
- Define program scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive reporting
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of programs
2. Oracle Fusion Expertise
- Provide leadership and oversight across Oracle Fusion modules:
- Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA)
- SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)
- HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent)
- Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design alignment, and configuration decisions
- Ensure best practice adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
- Oversee data migration, integrations, reporting, and security architecture
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and executive leadership
- Manage system integrators, Oracle partners, and third-party vendors
- Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and external teams
- Resolve escalations and remove delivery roadblocks
4. Financial & Risk Management
- Own program budgets, forecasts, and cost control mechanisms
- Track benefits realization and ROI
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
