We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support strategic decision-making and optimize business processes. Duties

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes utilizing Talend, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and SQL to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Design and implement database structures using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to support analytical needs.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies and adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for project management.
  • Manage projects related to data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives while maintaining documentation in Visio.
  • Utilize R, VBA, and other analytical tools to perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Maintain Linked data connections across platforms to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
  • Support the development of analytic models that inform strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Looker for data visualization.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, R, Python, ETL processes, Talend, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with database design, business analysis, project management frameworks such as Agile.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes for software development projects.
  • Ability to perform complex data analysis using analysis skills in various tools including VBA, Bash (Unix shell).
  • Knowledge of Linked data principles and integration techniques.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,447.63 - $85,000.00 per year
