Role Summary
We are hiring for this position where the selected candidate will lead change management initiatives within complex enterprise programs. This role focuses on driving structured change strategies while ensuring smooth program execution and stakeholder alignment across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management efforts by conducting impact assessments and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Support end-to-end program delivery including scope, timelines, milestones, risk management, and execution tracking
- Identify risks and opportunities proactively, and propose mitigation plans to keep programs on track
- Prepare clear, executive-level reports highlighting progress, risks, outcomes, and recommendations
- Work with senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive decision-making across competing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful adoption of changes and program outcomes
- Balance strategic goals with detailed execution in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of experience in change management and program management
- Strong experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci or Kotter
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end program delivery including planning, execution, and risk management
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and supporting executive decision-making
- Strong skills in stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment
- Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively in complex environments
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working in customer success or professional services environments
- Exposure to global programs involving EMEA and India regions
- Familiarity with CAD or engineering-related domains
- Experience preparing executive dashboards and reporting materials
Certifications
- Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred)
- PMP or equivalent program management certification (preferred)
