About The Role
We are currently looking for a
Data Analyst
to support program performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across capital projects to drive informed decision-making. This role focuses on transforming large, complex datasets into clear insights that enhance planning, tracking, and reporting. The Data Analyst will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency while developing dashboards and tools that provide real-time visibility into key metrics. This position is instrumental in supporting a data-driven approach to program and project management.
What You'll Do
- Collect, validate, and integrate data from multiple systems and sources
- Develop dashboards and reports for real-time tracking of project performance
- Analyze labor, cost, and productivity data across projects
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support forecasting and planning through data analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong experience with Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate insights effectively
- Experience supporting infrastructure or capital projects preferred
- Familiarity with public sector reporting requirements is a plus

The expected salary range for this role in the New York City Metropolitan Area is $45 - $75 per hour. The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process
