Platform Engineer III (Salesforce CRM Analytics)
Role summary
The Platform Engineer III (Salesforce CRM Analytics) role is responsible for the architectural design, maintenance, and support of the platform's environment, including COTS, SaaS, and ERP components. This role requires advanced experience in software configuration, modern programming languages, and specific expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Salesforce Data Cloud, SQL, SOQL, Tableau, and Power BI. The engineer will ensure compliance with security standards, manage software upgrades, monitor performance, and design/maintain integrations. A strong understanding of Scrum and DevOps methodologies is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems and guide junior team members. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and four or more years of experience in release practices are required.

- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
- Lead medium projects
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related experience
- Four or more years of experience in release practices and environments or other related experience

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides support on architectural design and maintenance of the platform’s (COTS, SaaS, ERP) environment with distributed components
- Ensures compliance with the organization's requirements through the implementation of, auditing of, and adherence to policies, procedures, and security standards
- Plans software upgrades, patching, & plugin installations in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Monitors performance, resolves problems, & manages component capacity issues
- Design, test, develop, configure, & maintain integrations to platform’s applications
- Adhere to the platform’s security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
- Review business requirements to deploy the best solution, including configuring, coding, & debugging
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses & technical proposals
- Deploy and configure platform applications tailored to company needs
- Design technical solutions, configure/customize, test, maintain the platform applications to meet company requirements
- Performs other duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,504.00 - $149,601.00 per year
