Role summary
A Fortune 100 company is seeking Data Scientists to join its innovative GenAI team, focusing on delivering next-generation AI-powered solutions. This full-time, hybrid role requires onsite presence four days a week in Brookhaven, GA. Responsibilities include leading the development and delivery of data science and generative AI solutions, monitoring production systems, partnering with cross-functional teams, building evaluation frameworks for LLMs, and designing scalable ML pipelines and RAG frameworks. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in data science with an emphasis on NLP and ML, 3+ years of experience with open-source LLMs and GenAI solutions, and expert proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem.

What you’ll do…
- Lead the development and successful delivery of data science and generative AI solutions in accordance with business requirements.
- Monitor solutions in production to ensure performance, reliability, and accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business leaders to translate requirements into technical reality.
- Build robust evaluation frameworks to measure LLM efficacy, manage ground truth dataset quality, and guide the product development roadmap.
- Design scalable ML pipelines and RAG frameworks that integrate seamlessly with enterprise data structures.
What we’re looking for…
- 5+ years in a data science role with a strong emphasis on NLP and ML, working in an agile production-oriented environment.
- 3+ years of practical experience with open-source Large Language Models (Llama 3, Mixtral, etc.), including prompt engineering, inference optimization, and fine-tuning.
- 3+ years of experience building GenAI solutions, including designing and building RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, observability, and monitoring solutions.
- Experience successfully delivering multiple GenAI, analytical, or ML projects from conception through to production.
- Strong, expert-level proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
