Role summary

Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for monitoring and managing accounts and billing and following up with any customer or supplier with outstanding payments.

SUMMARY: Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for monitoring and managing

accounts and billing and following up with any customer or supplier with outstanding payments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing and facilitating the recovery of outstanding debts to Telgian
  • Coordinate with internal resources to manage customer relationships
  • Assist as needed with all financial needs in line with the receivables process.
  • Research and review customer invoice disputes.
  • Manual and electronic invoice submission.
  • Track and check status of invoice submissions – follow up as needed with any issues.
  • Preparation and sending of invoices.
  • Producing reports as required by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three years related

experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six

months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of

education and experience.

  • Computer skills required: Accounting Software; Microsoft Office Suite, MS D365.
