Role summary

Seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to be the first full-time engineer at a startup. This role requires a scrappy, ambitious individual to architect and ship features end-to-end, from backend pipelines to frontend UX, for CRE brokers. The ideal candidate thinks in systems, avoids complexity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight feedback loops. Experience with real estate tech, CRMs, data scraping, UX design, or generative AI are considered nice-to-haves.

We’re hiring our first full-time engineer. We’re putting a premium on raw ambition and scrappiness. We’re looking for someone who wants to ship fast, learn faster, and leave a visible dent in the product every day.

**What You'll Do**

* Architect and ship features end-to-end: from backend pipelines to frontend UX.
* Build tools that CRE brokers use everyday
* Maintain a clean codebase while operating at startup speed.
* Collaborate directly with the founders.
* Own decisions. Move fast. Push code that touches revenue.

**You Might Be a Fit If You**

* Love shipping quickly with tight feedback loops.
* Have strong opinions on how to build scalable APIs and clean UIs—but can flex when needed.
* Think in systems and are allergic to unnecessary complexity.
* Want to work closely with founders, not buried in ticket systems.
