  • Work with Optimizely CMS to deliver personalized and content-driven user experiences.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and workflows using Azure DevOps.
  • Implement caching and performance optimization strategies using Memurai (Redis).
  • Develop and maintain microservices-based architecture and backend services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during QA and UAT cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate mockups into scalable, high-quality implementations.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and secure development SOLID principles.
  • Partner with Infrastructure and Security teams to maintain a secure and optimized application environment.
  • Monitor application performance and perform preventative maintenance to ensure stability and reliability
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system and performance improvements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation based on business requirements.

What you should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in web application development using Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC
  • Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including stored procedures and functions
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, CI/CD)
  • Experience with Optimizely (Episerver) CMS
  • Familiarity with authentication platforms (e.g., Okta) and secure API integrations
  • Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ) and distributed systems
  • Working knowledge of Memurai/Redis caching
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of how to validate, review code to meet quality, security, and maintainability standards.
  • Strong grasp of performance tuning and optimization.
