Role summary

This is a temporary, fully remote contract role for a Provider Data Analyst. The primary responsibility is to manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring timely execution and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce. Key duties include tracking contract progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with data cleanup and validation in Salesforce, and supporting Sales and Operations teams with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient with CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.

This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.
LOCATION & SCHEDULE
This is a fully remote role open to candidates in the US.
M-F 8-5 based on their time zone

ROLE OVERVIEW: PROVIDER DATA ANALYST
Individual is responsible for organizing, tracking, and managing contracts across multiple business relationships.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely contract execution, maintaining accurate communication records, and supporting data integrity within the Salesforce environment.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across teams to keep processes moving forward.
Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, track, and manage the full lifecycle of contracts across multiple business relationships.
  • Send and monitor contracts to external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Follow up on missing, incomplete, or overdue contracts to ensure timely execution
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external contacts regarding contract status
  • Track contract progress, outstanding items, and follow‑up actions to completion
  • Assist with data cleanup, validation, and maintenance within a Salesforce environment
  • Support Sales and Operations teams with administrative and process-related tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in the Work Force preferred
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective follow‑up and coordination
  • Experience working within a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to assist with data cleanup, record updates, and basic reporting in Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience supporting Sales Operations, Contracts, or Legal teams
  • Comfortable working across departments and with external business partners
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $28.00/hour-$32.00/ hour  Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)
