Role summary
Halcyon Voc/Day Hab is seeking a Full-Time Day Hab Program Manager in Attleboro, MA. This role involves supervising staff and clients in a Vocational Program/Day Hab Program, focusing on individualized, person-centered support for adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, developing and reviewing client support plans and goals, training staff on service delivery and data collection, and facilitating a team approach. A Baccalaureate Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with the target population. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are also necessary.

This Program Manager provides supervision and support to staff and clients in our integrated Vocational Program / Day Hab Program. Responsibilities & Job Duties:
- Oversees compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and addresses changes in legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collects performance metrics as directed and assists in efforts to improve quality performance.
- Develop ISP and DHSP goals in collaboration with other teams and programs.
- Write and review goals, strategies, tools, and data sheets. Train staff to provide services, collect and report data accurately, and input necessary information into client files (both paper and electronic).
- Facilitate a team approach.
Education, Experience and Special Skills:
- A minimum of Baccalaureate Degree in teaching, psychology, or related field, or a combination of work experience and knowledge with similar population
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities; 3+ years of experience preferred
- Ability to focus on tasks
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years, with a registered and insured vehicle
- First Aid/CPR Certification (We provide training if needed)
- MAP Certification for medication administration (We provide training if needed)
- Safety Care Certification (We provide training if needed)
- Excellent teamwork, problem resolution oriented
- Experience in writing clients plans, goals, and monitoring
- Basic computer skills
- Professional and respectful communication skills with clients and their families or other parties
- Ability to intervene with clients when needed to implement behavioral inventions including physical restraint, lifting and transporting in personal vehicle or company van
