Role summary
We are seeking a Senior AI-First Software Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI applications on modern cloud platforms. The role involves building AI-powered applications, Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate workflows, scalable .NET backend services, and enterprise integrations. Responsibilities include developing CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Docker and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and implementing automated testing frameworks. Core technical expertise required in AI-first development, Azure AI stack (including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, RAG), Cloud & DevOps (Azure, containers, observability), Data & integration (SQL, EF Core, event-driven architecture, API-first design), and Automation (Copilot Studio, Power Automate).

Azure (preferred), containers, observability (App Insights, Prometheus/Grafana)
- Data & integration:
SQL, EF Core, event-driven architecture, API-first design
- Automation:
Copilot Studio + Power Automate (custom connectors, workflows)
