Role summary

Seeking a long-term contract SAP Program Manager for a hybrid role in Boston. The primary focus is leading a global SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration program. Responsibilities include end-to-end program management, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, business stakeholders, consultants, vendors), and providing executive leadership with status updates and reports. Requires 10+ years of SAP program/project management experience, specifically with large-scale SAP migrations, and a strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, business processes, SAP Fiori, HANA database, and cloud deployment options.

Our client is looking for a SAP Program Manager to lead our Global SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration project

This is a long term contract that must be done hybrid in the Southern Suburbs of Boston

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end Global SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration program, including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the migration project on time and within budget
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors
  • Provide regular status updates, reporting, and presentations to executive leadership

Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP program or project management, including large-scale SAP migration projects
  • Proven track record of successful SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and business processes
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori, HANA database, and cloud deployment options
  • pay around 100-120/hr with some flex
