Talent Development Coordinator
Role summary
The Talent Development Coordinator supports the delivery of learning programs by coordinating training logistics, assisting with delivery, maintaining documentation, managing learner inquiries, and providing technical support for learning systems. This role also applies project coordination practices to support learning initiatives, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned. Key responsibilities include scheduling training, coordinating logistics, tracking attendance and completions, collecting feedback, and maintaining the LMS. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in L&D, training coordination, or HR support, with strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with LMS and technical support for training platforms is preferred.

Position Summary
The Talent Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of learning programs that empower employees to grow and succeed. In this role, you will be at the center of our learning operations—coordinating training logistics, supporting training delivery, maintaining documentation, managing learner inquiries, and providing technical support for learning systems. In addition, this role applies foundational project coordination practices to support the planning, execution, and tracking of learning initiatives. The Talent Development Coordinator helps ensure timelines are met, stakeholders are aligned, and deliverables are completed efficiently.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs run smoothly across multiple company sites in Surrey, BC. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage training data and reporting while ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees.
