Role summary

We are seeking a mid-level AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights and intelligent products. Key responsibilities include building and deploying ML models in production, developing data pipelines, optimizing model performance, and integrating AI/ML solutions into existing systems. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience, strong Python programming skills, and experience with ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and data engineering concepts.

About the Role

We are seeking a
mid-level AI Engineer
to design, develop, and deploy scalable artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role will work cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and intelligent products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models in production environments
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and model architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and solutions
  • Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability
  • Implement best practices for model monitoring, validation, and lifecycle management
  • Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and engineer features
  • Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing applications and systems
  • Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
  • Strong programming skills in Python (required) and familiarity with Java or C++ (preferred)
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools (SQL, Spark, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
  • Exposure to MLOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Experience deploying models in production at scale
  • Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, or prompt engineering
  • Master’s degree in a related field
