Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated manufacturing systems and processes.
- Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
- Integrate automation solutions with existing manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation system failures and performance issues.
- Lead the selection, testing, and commissioning of new automation hardware and software.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, logic diagrams, and operating procedures.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and troubleshooting.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA system design, development, and integration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) programming and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Ability to design, read, and troubleshoot electrical control schematics and systems.
