Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement automated manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
  • Integrate automation solutions with existing manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation system failures and performance issues.
  • Lead the selection, testing, and commissioning of new automation hardware and software.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, logic diagrams, and operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with HMI/SCADA system design, development, and integration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) programming and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
  • Ability to design, read, and troubleshoot electrical control schematics and systems.
