Role summary

Sycamore Medical Management, part of Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA), is seeking an HR Data Analyst. This role involves analyzing HR data such as headcount, turnover, compensation, and engagement to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to HR and leadership. Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality within the HRIS, conducting ad hoc analyses, streamlining reporting, and assisting with HR system implementations. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Excel and have experience with HRIS platforms.

Sycamore Medical Management is seeking a
*HR Data Analyst*

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data (headcount, turnover, compensation, engagement)
  • Partner with HR and leadership to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in our HRIS system
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and improve HR processes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate data workflows
  • Monitor key HR KPIs and create regular reporting packages for leadership
  • Assist in HR system implementations, upgrades, and data audits
  • Running reports and reporting analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources preferred

  • Experience with HRIS platforms

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay Range: $60,000-$67,000

*the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.*
