DTC Product Manager (Launch & Growth) Shopify Platform

Role Description
The Roxbury Institute is seeking a DTC Product Manager (Launch & Growth) specializing in Shopify platforms. to lead the launch and growth of our research-driven, physician formulated supplement line and future product lines through Shopify. This role blends e-commerce, execution, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.
Launch & Growth
- Own and execute the launch roadmap for TRI’s supplement line (and future product lines) via Shopify
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure positioning, messaging, and content align with TRI brand values
- Manage external partners/agencies to meet growth targets
- Develop and manage DTC KPIs: conversion rate, CAC, LTV, retention, customer satisfaction, and more
Customer Journey & Lifecycle
- Set up and optimize email/SMS flows
- Implement and iterate on subscription flows
- Coordinate reviews + UGC collection
- Create and test landing pages, bundles, and offers
Ecommerce Platform Management
- Manage the Shopify backend and connected tools (email/SMS, subscriptions, reviews, analytics)
- Use analytics to identify insights, run tests, and continuously optimize performance
Product R&D & Future Development
- Lead project management of future products from concept to launch
- Source and evaluate manufacturers and distributors
- Coordinate with TRI physicians and researchers to translate clinical insight into scalable, consumer-facing products
- PM development timelines
- Build internal documentation for product testing, claims compliance, and quality control
Compliance & Brand Integrity
- Partner with clinical and legal teams to ensure all messaging complies with DSHEA/FDA supplement guidelines
- Maintain the exclusivity and trustworthiness of the TRI brand
Qualifications
- Proven experience launching and scaling Shopify-based DTC products
- Strong lifecycle marketing skills (email/SMS, subscriptions, retention)
- Experience with data analysis, performance tracking, metrics-based decision making, and comfortable owning KPI dashboards
- Project management capabilities including planning, coordination, and team collaboration
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in supplements or health and wellness products is a plus
Salary Range
$115,000 to $145,000
