Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer located in New York, NY. The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications, focusing on back-end development and ensuring robust performance. Daily tasks include writing and optimizing code, building APIs, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions. The candidate will also participate in architectural decisions to further enhance the AI-powered platform, contributing to the mission of transforming behavioral health care.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and software design
  • Expertise in Back-End Web Development, including building and optimizing scalable APIs and server-side infrastructure
  • Proficient in Software Development practices, including code testing, debugging, and deployment
  • Hands-on experience with Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience with AI technologies and healthcare systems is a plus, especially Qwen
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
