Product Designer - CRO
Role summary
Thirty Madison is seeking a Product Designer with 2-4 years of experience to design high-impact product experiences and conversion-driven funnels. The role involves rapid prototyping, iteration based on data and feedback, and translating product ideas into polished UI. Responsibilities include designing end-to-end experiences across web and mobile, working on flows like landing pages, quizzes, onboarding, and checkout. The ideal candidate is comfortable with fast iteration cycles, uses tools like Figma, and collaborates closely with product, engineering, and growth teams. Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and a strong product thinking mindset are essential. This is a full-time position with a base pay range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
