Role summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect to lead Genesys Cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role involves architecting, deploying, and managing cloud-based contact center solutions, integrating Genesys with existing enterprise systems, and implementing best practices for scalability, availability, and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with major cloud platforms, Genesys Cloud, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and API integrations. Responsibilities include designing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, monitoring performance, and optimizing cloud resources. This position requires strong problem-solving and communication skills to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

We are rapidly expanding our customer experience (CX) platforms and looking for a skilled
Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect
to lead
Genesys Cloud deployments
across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. You will design, implement, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect, deploy, and manage
Genesys Cloud
environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Collaborate with CX consultants, developers, and IT teams to integrate Genesys with existing systems (CRM, ERP, and other enterprise platforms)
- Implement cloud infrastructure best practices, including scalability, high availability, and security
- Design and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
and automate deployment processes
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud resources for cost and efficiency
- Provide guidance and documentation for cloud architecture and infrastructure standards
- Support migration projects from on-premises Genesys systems to cloud environments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7-12 years experience into
AWS, Azure, or GCP
cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience with
Genesys Cloud / PureEngage
deployments
- Solid understanding of
networking, security, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with
CI/CD, DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Java, or PowerShell)
- Knowledge of
REST APIs, integrations, and microservices architectures
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have:

Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
Familiarity with contact center operations and CX workflows
Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud deployments
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
