Role summary
Bennett Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex DoD programs. This role involves strategic oversight, ensuring alignment with mission objectives, and managing program execution. Responsibilities include leading planning, execution, and oversight of program activities, serving as the primary interface with Government leadership, and overseeing cost, schedule, and performance. The Senior Program Manager will direct cross-functional teams, ensure contract requirements are met, and provide strategic guidance and risk mitigation. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 14 years of experience managing DoD programs are required, along with demonstrated supervisory experience and strong leadership skills. The position is located in Aberdeen, MD.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and oversight of program activities
- Serve as primary interface with Government leadership
- Oversee cost, schedule, and performance management
- Direct cross-functional teams and ensure delivery of contract requirements
- Provide strategic guidance and risk mitigation recommendations
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 14 years of experience managing DoD programs
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience supporting PEO IEW&S or similar organizations
Security Requirements:
- Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.
This position is located in Aberdeen, MD.
The salary range for this position is $103,000 – $123,000
