Wellness UI/UX Designer

<Responsibilities>

• Lead the design of user interfaces for wellness apps and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across mobile devices and desktops.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and InVision to communicate design concepts clearly.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights that inform design improvements and enhance user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user flows, information architecture, and layout design aligned with business goals.
• Apply design thinking principles to develop innovative solutions that address user needs while adhering to accessibility standards such as web accessibility guidelines.
• Utilize data visualization techniques and analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to monitor user engagement and optimize experiences through A/B testing.
• Ensure responsive web design practices are implemented effectively using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React, Angular, and RESTful APIs for dynamic content delivery.

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital health or wellness applications with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile applications and web platforms.
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Redux, and React Express.
• Extensive knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, usability principles, and visual design best practices.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Visio.
• Experience conducting user research methods like wireframing, layout design iterations, user flows analysis, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis using SQL or web analytics platforms like Google Analytics 360 or Omniture.
• Ability to work within Agile development environments utilizing Jira or similar project management tools while following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive web design techniques for mobile devices and desktop screens.

Pay: $52,050.19 - $62,684.10 per year
