Registered Nurse, Virtual Care - Remote
Role summary
Tia is seeking a Virtual RN for their Care Connect team to provide virtual clinical support, care coordination, and provider inbox assistance. The role involves responding to patient messages and calls, triaging needs, communicating results, and ensuring patients understand their care pathways. This remote position requires an organized, empathetic, and tech-savvy RN with at least 1 year of patient-facing experience and proficiency in EMR systems and communication tools. A California RN license is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include RN licensure in NY/AZ and experience in telehealth, primary care, or women's health.

As a Virtual RN on Tia’s Care Connect team, you will support patients through virtual clinical communication, phone calls, care coordination, and provider inbox support.
You will help patients get timely answers, navigate next steps in their care, and feel supported throughout their Tia experience. This role is a great fit for an RN who is organized, empathetic, comfortable with technology, and excited to work in a fast-paced virtual care environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be based on experience, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
The expected compensation range for this role is: $40 - $45 per hour.
