Role summary
Toast is seeking a PeopleHub Coordinator Intern to support the PeopleHub team in bridging foundational HR support with AI-driven operations. This role involves providing high-touch employee support, optimizing internal documentation for AI readiness, identifying opportunities for workflow automation, and developing AI prompts for common inquiries. The intern will gain hands-on experience with HR systems and documentation, contributing to a world-class employee experience. The ideal candidate is tech-fluent, possesses an operational mindset, strong communication skills, and adaptability, with a desire to build a career in People Operations or HR Shared Services. This is an onsite, paid internship in Boston for Summer 2026.
