Inclusion and Social Impact Strategy Co-op
Role summary
Toast is seeking an Inclusion and Social Impact Strategy Co-op for July-December 2026. This role will contribute to Toast's mission of fostering inclusion and driving social impact within the restaurant community and among employees. The co-op will leverage Generative AI to enhance inclusive experiences, support employee networks, and scale community initiatives. Responsibilities include program coordination, content development with a focus on AI-driven accessibility improvements, impact analytics tracking, AI workflow auditing, and mission-driven storytelling. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in HR, employee engagement, and social impact, is comfortable with AI platforms, possesses an analytical mindset, and can collaborate effectively across global teams. This is a hybrid role based in Boston.
