Role summary

Together AI is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Finance and Infrastructure Strategy leadership. This role involves proactively managing schedules, priorities, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and a collaborative spirit. Responsibilities include calendar management, domestic and international travel booking, expense tracking, event coordination, handling confidential information, and contract support. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, 4-6+ years of executive support (with at least 2 years supporting C-level or VP-level leadership), and proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack are required. Prior startup or tech experience, especially supporting finance or infrastructure, is preferred.

About the Role

We are building the world’s best cloud for generative AI. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who will support our Finance and Infrastructure Strategy leadership and work with key stakeholders across the company to proactively manage schedules, priorities, and resolve administrative and operational needs before they arise. The right person for this role is a professional with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys a fast-paced startup environment. This person also brings a can-do attitude and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines

Comfortable with ambiguity and operates with a strong sense of urgency

Proactive and organized approach to calendar management, with strong responsiveness and follow-through

Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements

Create, manage, and track expenses in accordance with company expense policy

Support event coordination across the Finance and Infrastructure organization, including All Hands, offsites, and other company events

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, facilitating communication across departments as needed

Provide contracts support, including uploading agreements and managing them through the review and signature process

Requirements

BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience

4-6+ years supporting leadership, with at least 2 years working with a C-level OR VP-level leadership in a global business

Prior experience supporting 2+ executives

Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and timely follow through on all tasks

Problem solver with strong analytical skills

Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization and with external executives and their staff

Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges, address issues, and de-escalate potential conflicts

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working at a startup

Prior experience working in tech and supporting finance or Infrastructure leadership and organizations

Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $150k - 190k+ equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
