Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute Company's
overall growth marketing strategy
- Drive scalable customer acquisition through
organic, paid, and outbound channels
- Identify and prioritize
high-impact growth opportunities
SEO / AEO / GEO Strategy:
- Lead company's
search visibility strategy across traditional search and AI search engines
- Implement scalable
SEO topical authority frameworks
- Optimize content for:
-Google Search
-AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
-LLM citation systems
- Develop content clusters, internal linking structures, and search growth strategies
Paid Acquisition:
- Strategize and execute paid acquisition campaigns across:
-
Google Ads
-LinkedIn Ads
-Meta Ads
-Reddit Ads
-YouTube Ads
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets
- Continuously improve: CPA/MQL/CPL/Pipeline contribution/ROAS
AI-Driven Marketing Execution:
- Utilize AI tools to scale marketing operations and productivity
- Implement AI workflows for:
- Content research
- Competitive analysis
- Market research
- Ad creative generation
- Campaign optimization
- Be highly proficient in modern AI tools such as:
Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini/Nano Banana
- Identify and adopt emerging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
Marketing Automation & Workflow Systems:
- Design and implement
automated marketing workflows
- Streamline marketing execution using automation tools
- Build scalable systems for:
-Campaign launches
-Content production
-Lead nurturing
-Reporting and analytics
Outbound Marketing Automation:
- Design and implement
automated outbound marketing systems
- Build outbound campaigns across: LinkedIn/ Email/ CRM automation
- Optimize outbound funnels for
lead generation and pipeline growth
Viral Marketing & Campaigns:
- Conceptualize and launch
high-impact viral marketing campaigns
- Develop creative campaigns that drive
brand awareness and organic reach
- Identify opportunities for
growth loops and viral distribution
Organic Social Growth:
- Develop strategies to grow company's
organic social presence
- Execute content strategies across platforms such as: LinkedIn/X (Twitter)/ YouTube/ Emerging platforms
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility
Growth Experimentation:
- Design and run
growth experiments
across marketing channels
- Test messaging, landing pages, ad creative, and funnels
- Continuously optimize performance through
data-driven experimentation
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics including:
-Traffic growth
-Lead generation
-Customer acquisition cost
-Marketing pipeline contribution
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in
growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Experience in
B2B SaaS marketing
- Proven expertise in: SEO / organic growth/ Paid acquisition/ Marketing automation
- Strong understanding of
AI-driven marketing tools and workflows
- Experience building
scalable marketing systems
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing
AEO / GEO strategies
- Experience building
AI-powered marketing workflows
- Experience scaling
high-growth SaaS companies
- Familiarity with modern marketing tech stacks
