Field CISO
Role summary
We are seeking a strategic Field CISO for North America to drive growth by connecting customer security strategies with market insights and revenue generation. This senior executive-facing role reports to the CRO and collaborates across Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Alliances to foster enterprise adoption and build relationships with key security leaders. The Field CISO will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex security challenges into business outcomes using Torq's platform. The ideal candidate possesses deep cybersecurity leadership experience, executive presence, commercial acumen, and the ability to guide large enterprise security transformations. Responsibilities include executive customer engagement, advising on security operations modernization and AI-driven security, supporting sales cycles, and contributing to product strategy and go-to-market efforts. The role also involves industry leadership, thought leadership, and providing market intelligence to influence product roadmaps and GTM direction.

The Role
The Field CISO for North America is a senior executive-facing role responsible for bridging customer security strategy, market insight, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CRO, this leader will partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Alliances to accelerate enterprise adoption and deepen executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders.
The Field CISO serves as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, translating emerging security challenges into business outcomes enabled by Torq’s platform.
The ideal candidate combines deep cybersecurity leadership experience with executive presence, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence large enterprise security transformation initiatives.
