Engineering Manager

Summary
The Engineering Manager leads and develops the Mechanical Engineering Team by planning, organizing, directing, and completing engineering projects. This role also coordinates programs and activities to resolve manufacturing issues and support new process launches. The Engineering Manager is accountable for developing manufacturing capabilities and ensuring effective processes that maximize productivity and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Owns mechanical engineering performance by leading people, governing engineering standards and processes, and delivering capital projects and improvements that enhance safety, reliability, quality, and cost effectiveness across tire manufacturing operations.
